mervicesmith I am extremely disappointed in Apple products. I have been an apple advocate for about half of my life or basically since the iPhone existed. Of course with the phone, iPod, the laptop and iPad later came the watch which I've purchased twice even after having many issues I bought a second one that's until now that after WASTING countless hours over the phone to get my watch fixed and they had assured me it will get fixed now they want me to pay $199 plus tax for an issue that they can't even tell me what it is.... Apple wants me to blindly pay 200+ dollars for a watch that cost less than $150. I am really wondering if APPLE has just become a business that doesn't care for customer service anymore? which for me was the main reason for buying their products aside of them supposedly being good and not products that for NO REASON WILL STOP WORKING WITHOUT GETTING A REPAIR. Unbelievable, I am very disappointed in Apple and what they are suppose to stand for.

therealsalmannn Dear Apple Very disappointed with the service, why the service is becoming worst in India I am a @apple customer since 9years and using all your devices since that time and now when I need your support there’s no to sorting it out, hopeless and helpless right the feelings I had for you. I bought a XS max 512gb 5months ago and i don’t know without my knowledge water drops found in cellphone and my iPhone display is blank now and I got call from support it cannot be covered in warranty. @apple support advisor is blaming me that it has used in water, but I know better I haven’t used that cellphone in any type of water might be used by wet hands and this iPhone XS Max is water resistant and i paid huge amount on this. This’s not the way to blam customer just to come out and close the case please help me out with this issue
