agnesluilui Very dissatisfactory customer services from you guys!!! Found scratches on watch that’s purchased at Heathrow terminal 5, and you promised to contact me yesterday for follow up! Of course I was not called after sending you all the required pictures and details, but only receiving useless acknowledgement that you’re investigating and asking for my patience. Please be reminded that I’ve emailed you almost a week ago but donot receive any reply until this moment, and acknowledgement was only given after I’ve complained publicly on your IG. Why is it taken so long for a so-called investigation when I’ve already given you all the pictures showing the scratches? Or are you just buying time to cover your wrongdoing? I think I’ve been patient enough for a easy case like this provided that I’m not asking for any refund or compensation, but an exchange, which is a very reasonable request. I demand you to actually do something by giving me a call by today to provide actual assistance instead of meaningless messages saying you’re investigating. Please don’t make me and all other customers and fans following this IG page to lose faith in you.

agnesluilui Not impressed with your customer service. Bought a Cartier watch a few days ago but unfortunately found scratches on it. Emailed customer service to arrange an exchange 3 days ago but still no response! Need you to follow up asap!
