Do I look relaxed and like I have everything under control? 😛👋🏽😂 Last week we filmed a ”Pregnancy pilates program” which will be available 1st of Aug (🙌🏽), and in that program we added breathing exercises and meditation. I’m pretty bad at meditating to be honest but every time I do it it makes me feel so good and relaxed. 🧘🏼♀️ I just have a hard time telling my brain to not think about a million other things, like ”what should I have for breakfast?, where did I put that dress?, I wonder what date our baby will arrive?” etc etc 😂 I guess it will be better with time... 🙈

Meditation isn’t about “not thinking” but rather allowing your mind to go wherever it needs to go and simply becoming the observer in the background of your thoughts. Become aware of where your thoughts are taking you, with absolute zero judgment. The more you become aware of your thoughts the calmer the abrupt thoughts become. You are your creator. ???

:) oh yes but when you acknowledge (are aware) that you are thinking then refocus gently to breathing then slowly you are getting to the calmer mind. Any thoughts of hypnobirthing?

I was worried because I am in week 16 and I don’t have a big belly, but you also don’t have a big belly ? so I guess that is normal for some girls hehe ?
