Just some Monday thoughts & things I’ve been thinking about that I wanted to share:
💭 Being authentic is always better than trying to be someone you’re not.
💭No one loves themselves 24/7, it’s okay to have highs & lows, that’s normal.
💭 The more successful you become, the more critics and that’s ok. Change will always be met with resistance.
💭Nothing is ever what it seems on social media, you only see the bits that folks choose to share.
💭 Don’t compare yourself, you’re on a different path that’s just yours. Embrace that.
💭If you’re feeling sad, reach out to someone and see if you can be of service to them. It will help you both more than you realize.
💭 It’s okay to ask for help, and it’s okay to receive help.
💭 Taco Bell is the *only* fast food. Fight me.
Love you all, tell me what’s some wisdom that you’ve learned lately? Any💡 moments for you? Also drop your Taco Bell order if you can’t think of anything 🤣💁🏻♀️ #effyourbeautystandards

You're delusional if you think this is okay, if you think you are healthy, if you think you are happy. You are not. You are dying. And everyone who is praising you and encouraging you are just enabling you to continue this destructive, deadly behaviour, until you are in the grave. It's sad how so many people think this is okay, or that this is something that you should aspire to be instead of taking the time to better yourself, and be healthy. I hope that you get a wake up call and realise that this is not the way to be. This is coming from someone that used to be very overweight, and lost the weight-- and all of my health symptoms from being overweight are completely gone. I am NOT in any way saying that you shouldn't love yourself, because I appreciate and understand the message you are trying to push; but being positive about your body is working towards being more healthy-- that's what I see as loving your body. Not pushing over 300+ ibs, being comfortable in that high of a weight, and encouraging others that you can weigh this much and still be healthy. Loving your body is taking care of it. Nothing more, nothing less. This is coming from a good place, I'm not trying to bash you. I just don't want to hear on the news that one day you've pushed your body to its limit and didn't make it.

When you wrote about how you have been made to feel...It touched me...I totally relate! I have a loving family but my some vlose family members have always given me grief about my weight. Even when I was a size 10...now a size 16. I have health issues that are worsened by my extra weight and I struggle between self control and being more active. But its the non acceptance that hurts. Its the way Ive been made to feel that I dont deserve the love or the beauty or fashion that thing girls are entitled. I have and always resist to let it get me down....I am determined to love myself.and project a happy positive self image for myself but also to set a good example.fpr my daughter who is a preteen. I see the beauty in every body type. They all have a story. You are radiant!!! Thank you for being so brave! As someone who grew up in the 80s fashion models back then appearing in Vogue magazine and such were only supermodels that were very slim I never thought I would see so many diverse models as I grew up I'm so great I'm glad my daughter has that diversity around her I didn't have that in the 80s!😁😁😁😄😄😄💜💜💜💜💜💜💜💜💜💜💜💜💜💜

Such a beautiful face. One of my sons was always attracted to pudgy and over and finally married a girl that was overweight. Why? Cause she had one of the sweetest personalities. The bowels extend when eating and normal bowels shrink back except in rare cases where they do not shrink back and the person is always hungry. A diet pop can will float but sugar pop will fall to the bottom. Flour, sugar, salt and LARD are extremely hard to remove from the body and all ingredients used in cooking thickens blood and cells. What a wonderful positive attitude this young woman displays...welcome to my world!

As always, Thank you for sharing these heartfelt thoughts ♥️ what I’ve learned lately, or always know and need to try to honour and respect daily is: I am who I am meant to be. I don’t need to fit into everyone else’s perception or little box. I am here to shine my light in the best way I can, that brings me the most joy! Even if it makes others uncomfortable or is different from societies expectations. I am an artist and I don’t fit in a box from Monday to Friday 9-5. Art is my life and I believe as long as I love who I am and what I do, the rest will work itself out around me. ♥️

I mean. I would have stanned, but you're acting like we shouldn't see @Lizzo in this pose, and that's just irritating. "She isn't the first one who posed like that" is a cop out, and tone deaf af too. Honestly, it would have been better for your brand if you would have just said "I love her!" Or "I loved that pose" but now you appear to be closed off and tone deaf for doing a color changed version of a look that is definitely currently popularized by her while her song is #6 in the US. I thought you supported other women? But go ahead. Tell us to be authentic.

There is a difference between being healthy and slowly hurtin gyour body and yourself by being larger, it is good to make sure that your healthy because you can get serious disease from being obese or diabetic I’m not saying you are but it can happen, it’s just not healthy I don’t think we should accept not being healthy I’m not saying you should get surgery and become a perfect hourglass figure I’m saying you should take care of yourself because you might just be hurting yourself by not doing anything
