rodrkgo_ No compren equipos asus mi notebbok modelo 507uf de 15.5 pulgadas. Duro 1 mes y se apago no prendio mas . Solo em chile mas de 200 personas, tienen problemas con los equipos, fallas en sistema operativos ,en memoria RAM, en pantallas etc. Yo he iniciado una campaña para dar a conocer que los equipos ya no son lo que eran antes . Yo perdí 380.mil pesos y fracción. La marca no responde y se hacen los locos no descansare hasta que alguien me devuelva mi DINERO o me repongan un equipo que funcione . Estoy decepcionado y repito no descansare hasta k la marca se haga responsable. Desde la próxima semana com3nzare a pegar afiches y letreros dando a conocer para que las personas no compren equipos . Pondre avisos en las calles afuera de las tiendas para que las personas no compren . Yo perdí 380.000 pero haré que la marca pierda millones por vender equipos malos.

seanmecca Will NEVER buy an ASUS product again. I purchased an ASUS rog Strix just over a year ago and the motherboard is now shot. A computer that is worth over 2000 dollars should last longer than 18 months. CUSTOMER SERVICE WAS INSULTING TO ME and unwilling to help. My tech guy told me one of the fans was faulty and likely had been since I purchased the laptop, evidence by no dust build up. The working fan had a light accumulation as is normal. I am absolutely devastated that ASUS will not help me since it is now a few months passed the warranty. I now have no computer for school or gaming and must save again for a while in order to BUY FROM A DIFFERENT COMPANY.
