Happy Birthday to my father @hunterchiparmstrong. My hero, my teacher, and strongest man I know. This man is a living legend. He’s helped shaped the character of hundreds of men and women, instilling the value of grit, morals and personal growth mentally and physically. From birth he imprinted upon me the tools and knowledge to believe and be capable of going anywhere and doing anything. As a young girl he trained me to be able to protect myself and take care of the people around me. Today he still inspires me and continues to teach me that anything is possible when you apply yourself with focus. Thank you for being the coolest Dad ever. I love you so much!!!

Putting all my work on Youtube may be the best move. I had thought putting up only pieces would protect my years of work and, maybe, it will be stolen, but holding back wouldn't be fun for me. I gota have my fun. No thief could match what I'm going to do anyway. Let 'em try.

Just realized I got the date wrong I thought it was the 23rd of July when it was in fact the 24th on Wednesday. So all that stuff I said about your father and... I was off by a day. I did finally recognize I'm an atheist on July 24, 2011. That's true. Great day. So to me it is also a special day, Donut. Not the same kind of special maybe but special.
