First of all, love that it comes with 3 funnel sizes - 24, 28, 32mm. My 1st ever pumping session, I used size 24 with another breastpump brand (they only provide 1 funnel size, and I thought I was size 24), and guess what? After 20 minutes or more, my nipple felt very sore, and apparently it scraped!!! Needless to say, it was a pretty traumatic first try, so I just put ointment on my nipples, gave @jessbebes direct breastfeeding, and didn’t pump until the next 4-5 days. 🤧 On my second try, I used #Haenim7S with the 32mm (skip the 28, just go straight with 32!!), and it worked wonders! 💫 . Later on and til today, I can use size 24 again, so I guess it was a first timer bad luck? But without @haenim.id, I wouldn’t even dare to pump again, and that would’ve been awful because breastpump is a really nice thing to have when you have a baby - especially if you have an oversupply*, you can pump and stock up your breastmilk in the freezer for some days when you’re working or away from your baby. It is also useful to empty the breast(s) when babe couldn’t or wouldn’t do it properly just yet. . TIPS when using this pump: before placing the funnels on your breast(s), make sure the power level (for both vacuum and massage functions) is set on low/lowest, because it could be shocking and quite painful if you do it when the funnels are on. 😂👍 . *I have a low supply actually, so for the last 2 months, I mostly breastfeed @jessbebes directly. I could never build a breastmilk stockpile anyway, and the girls are getting better and faster in draining my milk completely.
