Over the next few days i’ll be sharing some images from my trip to Borneo documenting the work of the @bosfoundation who work tirelessly on the frontlines of conservation protecting and rehabilitating Orang-utans.

This was one of the most challenging trips I’ve ever done and I know the same is true for @aliceaedy and @timkellner. I felt incredibly lucky to have such a talented team around me and deeply moved by the time I spent with the brave conservationists and these extraordinary animals.

marchand_monica You are one amazing young man. I happened across you on Instagram and was so impressed by your accomplishments at such a young age. You have experienced so much in life, seen so many places, met so many people in so many walks of life and yet you seem so humble. You seem down to earth, caring, concerned not only for yourself but for the future of mankind on this planet. You love your family, especially your twin brother, Finn, you are adventurous, not afraid of taking chances and deeply dedicated to what you believe in. I hope that includes God, which would make you perfectly roundly rounded in my eyes. Did I mention talented? Oh yes, very talented, indeed. You have eyes that can see what others can only appreciate after you shoot it. And, on top of all that, you are not too hard on the eyes yourself!! I appreciate all the beauty!
