natali.n.koeva I love your company and everything you stand for in terms of being environmentally conscious but still amazingly stylish. That is why I regularly shop with you and was really excited when you released your shoe collection. However, I was recently denied a refund after simply trying on a pair of shoes at home, which I returned in order to get in a different color (that I have kept and love). Customer service informed me that the returned shoes have “unrecoverable damage” and deny that they could have been shipped out to me in that condition. It is so frustrating to be accused and treated in such a manner, and this has left me feeling unable to ever order another pair of shoes from you without the risk of being charged if they don’t fit or I want a different color. I really hope your customer service improves in order to match all the other outstanding components of your company.

We partnered with Bonneville Environmental Foundation to contribute 27 million gallons of water to a project that helped protect the Kern Wildlife Refuge, a critically dewatered wetland habitat

its_alexis98 I love that you guys are all for making clothes more eco friendly but the high price tag makes it so that most people go to cheaper brands. Why don’t you guys offer crazy flash sales or even just more affordable clothes so that the middle and lower classes can get on board with eco friendly clothing too?

bdjdbbjej @natali.n.koeva they are doing this to me too. They won’t let me return sandals that were worn once and have no wear on them, and are refusing to remove the credit they provided for the return from my account - instead they want to charge me again for the sandals I don’t even want! Super shady.

amandabetkind Hi! I really appreciate you being size inclusive but given the number of straight sized options versus to plus, it would be great if you could continue expanding and offering all styles up to a 3X!
