lesleyfernandez @netaporter I am seriously appalled at your level of customer service. Firstly, i can’t believe you charge such exorbitant prices for products that break after 2 uses. Secondly, when emailed to ask for some help or clarity on why the product was of such bad quality - NO RESPONSE. It’s been 1 week and we’ve sent 3 emails. We’ve been loyal customers shopping for him and her for years now and expect much better - especially since items are not cheap!

mumacoops @isabellaanjos I’m still waiting they said they would issue it ten days ago...then numerous emails and non answered 20 min calls later! After public comments on Instagram they send a generic email saying they will refund me. I have just had 1 saying they will issue a refund but it will take another 10 days??????? My refund was suppose to be issued on 22nd June!!!#donottrust @netaporter #awful #thieves

isabellaanjos Your customer service is awful. I have called and emailed and the hopeless team have not come back to me about my refund, bearing in mind the items were received 5th July!!! This is disgusting and having shopped with NAP since 2010 I don’t think I will continue!!

mumacoops @isabellaanjos I have been waiting since 22nd June! I will never shop with Net-a-Porter again!! It’s awful they treat their customers like this who clearly spend a lot of money! I will now always shop with @mytheresa.com or @matchesfashion

isabellaanjos @mumacoops I feel exactly the same! It’s a shame because I’ve always preferred NAP but after this experience I won’t be able to trust them again. I think they have gone down since YOOX took over! #badcustomerservice #shopelsewhere
