Well workout of course! 🏋️‍♀️ Yesterday I heard back from the Steadman Clinic with my test results from my MRI.  Prognosis: - Fully ruptured ACL - Tore both parts of my MCL, which they will stitch back down to preserve for my longevity. He said he will repair the Meniscus really well since He knows I will be the patient that pushes it a bit. 😬🤣😁 - Partial MCL tear, won’t need surgery on it. - Partial LCL tear, won’t need surgery on it. - Some cartilage damage as well.  Recovery: - You start PT the next day with their team, but not weight bearing. - Crutches for 6 weeks, this will be the hard part for me. 😂 You can’t bare weight on the leg for a bit due to the stitches in the Meniscus. It needs to heal properly. However, this DOES NOT mean I can’t still work out all the rest of my capable body!!! Core, back, arms, left leg, fingers....😁💪🏻 I came back stronger after every other surgery and setback I have had and I know this won’t be any different! 😁  Crazy that surgery is tomorrow, BUT I’m more than ready to get this show on the road!!! 😆😊🙌 Don’t limit yourself, don’t feel sorry for yourself, don’t tell yourself that you can’t, EVER!
