mgcannon24 Your NPS from me is 0! I’m extremely disappointed at the experience I had with your airline in the La Guardia airport! I was flying to Maine from Fort Lauderdale and had to make a connection in NY. My FLL flight was delayed but still managed to get to NY 15 mins before my connection’s departure time so we ran like hell. When I landed in La Guardia the aircraft was still at the gate but the doors had just closed. I proceeded to speak to one of your agents who was uncooperative, advised that they would not open the door, and there were no other available flights to Maine for the next 2 days. I told her that was unacceptable and I needed to get to Maine that day! She then found a flight through Detroit with a 24hr layover that would still not get me to Maine when I needed to. Not only did I miss my connection and would not get to Maine that day, but there was also an additional charge to change the flight! I decided to call my travel agency who found a flight through Portland. When your agent overheard the conversation she says “I didn’t know you would be willing to fly to Portland” MIND YOU - I SIMPLY SAID I NEED TO GET TO MAINE AND DID NOT SPECIFY AN AIRPORT. We proceeded to book that flight. When I get to the gate I’m advised that the flight may not make it out because they don’t have a flight attendant! HOW DO YOU NOT HAVE A FLIGHT ATTENDANT FOR A SCHEDULED FLIGHT?? Long story short, they were able convince a flight attendant from another flight to take this one, so I was able to get to Maine. The communication was terrible and your agent was uncooperative, rude, and showed no regard to me or my situation.

movinmotta7 My last trip to Alaska a week ago using Delta. Left DC to a connecting flight in Minneapolis. I make my connecting flight and load the plane. Oh no! No pilots. I get off the plane stand in line for 2-3 hours at 1230 am. Grumpy Delta personnel tells me there is nothing, absolutely nothing until 6pm the next day. Hotel? Food voucher? Nope! More like sleep in the terminal or find a place to stay and eat on your own dime. Then the 6pm flight isn’t even to Alaska, it’s to Seattle, then I connect again to Alaska. Tried using the complaint line and I’m on hold then I mysteriously get hung up on. Horrid experience. Not to mention I got sick in the terminal thus ruining my trip. I don’t complain much ever but this service was bad I had to let you all know.

kimberly_eardleysawyer I can’t wait to keep blowing you up for your awful service and poor baggage handling. Not to mention the stuff we can purchase and replace we have to rebuy and prove through receipts to hopefully get reimbursed. So, explain this to me @delta if you lost something I already bought once and now you’re telling me to go buy it again then how are YOU covering my losses by only reimbursing my second purchase? We lost numerous clothes, a laptop, child care items and many other personal items but you got your money.

nika_k79 So far the worst experience ever! Flight from SLC to London canceled (mechanical issue first and no pilot on duty next). Finally made it to London - arrangements to continue our trip cost fortune!!! Now, time to go back to the States - I am checking account and no flight from London to US. WTF ??? Never ever had such a terrible experience with any airlines (and I fly a lot!!!). #delta @delta

kimmyrinesmith I was there this Spring/Summer when I went for one of my best friends wedding on June 1st. I traveled to and from using Delta on May 29th and June 5th. It's safe to say that I'm now thinking about going again! For those who would love to see and experience Juneau, you should. It was my second time there. Thank you again Delta for getting me there and back home safely!
