You have a horrible Customer Service. I have called to your call service trying to find out where my bosses luggage is. The person that answered was not only rude by yelling st me but as well not giving any solution. Yesterday my boss flew from Paris to Mx City and the luggage didn’t make it. The claim (GDLAM32200) was open in the Aeroméxico front desk per Air France request to confirm it was received st the hotel. The partner from Air France mentioned that the luggage would get on today’s flight from Paris to Mx City. When calling today (at 7pm) to confirm if it had landed in Mx City, the person st the call center mentioned it was still Paris and that they would send a message to the airport (yelling at me saying they were not the airport). I asked if he could please confirm if it would get in tomorrow’s flight when it would arrive. He said he couldn’t give me that information. It could be tomorrow, on Saturday or in 3 weeks. Your baggage representative was HORRIBLE and not at all helpful. I need to know if the luggage will get on tomorrow’s flight or not because he leaves on Friday and it arrives on Saturday (like your luggage representative said) it would be useful. Can someone with a better mood and more supportive confirm?

Me acaban de cancelar vuelo AF1148 y conexión bs as - paris- barcelona q duraba 16 hs total pars convertirse en vuelo q sale al día siguiente, de 26 hs y demora 10 hs noche en Paris!!!!!! Estoy furiosa

No me dieron ninguna solución, sólo me negaron él servicio, creo que el objetivo o función de ser de cualquier aerolínea es que las personas logren llegar a su destino y eso no se cumplió conmigo.
