Wow this is a fantastic graphic! I have Generalized Anxiety disorder. There's not a time in my life I can remember not being anxious. But with proper therapy, good medication, and through my art i have things that in my 20s I never thought I'd ever have. A home, a great job, a 1 1/2yr old son, and an amazing wife I've been married to for 13 years. You can learn to cope, and sometimes overcome, there is hope!

The students we work with are living this Venn Diagram. In Acceptance and Commitment Therapy we talk about workable and unworkable levels of emotions. Big feelings are an indication that there is something important at stake. ever heard of energy centers or chakras . issues like anxiety, worry stem from unbalanced root chakra. so meditating on root chakra and physical exercise helps to stay you grounded . i've had worry issues and when i meditated on this chakra i've felt more grounded and secure and worry just disappeared to zero . that may help @clarkgregg .

I suffer from anxiety I take pills for it and I gots depression, take pills for that too, and I’ve got an eating disorder which is like living hell and I hate it and it makes my anxiety worse to breaking point and I lash out and say things I don’t mean and I push ppl out of my life, I wish it would freakin end

I work for a health media site and one of my favorite things about it is its dedication to raising awareness about mental health issues and destigmatizing these issues. As someone with generalized anxiety disorder, this graphic speaks to me on so many levels. Thank you for spreading awareness.
