How do you protect your hair during these hot summer months? I cover my hair by wearing hats or scarves and I always use SPF spray through out the day. Share your tips with us👇🏼كيف تحمون الشعر من حر الشمس؟

@delina.lex I didn't see this comment!! So what I did was really simple, I would brush my hair gently but thoroughly before shower, then I would use warm (not hot) water I do recommend getting a filter for your shower if you have water that makes your hair feel dry and terrible it could be a hard water issue, but warm water rinsing and massaging like normal and first for a while I would use the Dr. Bronners hemp and peppermint castille oil just in my scalp to cleanse it and rinse that out I'd use it for body wash as well and then I'd do cool water and then I would brush and style with coconut oil I would suggest though that jojoba or argan oil might be better I love argan oil but I had coconut at the time and after enough months of only washing when I really needed to and occasionally using the Dr. Bronners I eventually tapered off to use only water. I still have Oribe shamp. And cond. But I only use it for fun once a month or every other I just purchased some French Girl Organics hair oil so I've been using that and it's a miracle that with their sea spray helps to give my curls life between washes but I try to use the least amount of products possible. Wow that was long!

@delina.lex Of course!! Yeah I didn't notice a huge difference when I used ACV either but I know it's good for balancing bacteria so I like to use it anyway it also is amazing for your umm... private parts if you ever have any problems with those! Just wanted to say I don't use any shampoo or conditioner in my hair and it's never been better every once in a while I will use something but that's maybe once a month or every couple months I mostly stick to only water and plenty of oils I thought I should mention that!?

@delina.lex Right on! Good tips for sure. Maybe you should experiment not using any shampoo, conditioner or products except for organic oils, for at least a month and see what happens? Once I let my hair and scalp detox from everything (I did this with deodorant too) I couldn't believe how good my hair looked felt and wasn't greasy at all, although I've always had a really dry scalp so maybe I'm an anomaly! Lol

Sarah their is a very good natural hair mask which you can make it at home and apply it on your hair for 30 minute and its way more better than the chemical products which we use.. Just take half cup yougurt, some aloe vera jell, egg white , 1teaspoon mustard oil mix it and apply on your hair after washing hair you will feel shiny and very smooth hair.. i mean it just use it ..

I do alot of masks and tight buns at night and when I workout I place a leave in creme and jojoba oil and then braid it, that way I control the frizz and then hydration. This is coming from a girl that lives in Vegas, this sun is so damaging here!!!! @sarahangius

@_lulu.bug acv is amazing loool I drink it with water sometimes but I mix it with clay a lot for masks. My hair is so strange I don’t know I’ve tried cleansing conditioners too but they’ve made my scalp itchy
