coco.puf @sohelpmejesseca this happened to me a few years ago, for like a $300 order. I argued with them, and eventually had the USPS intercept it for a few dollars. I also opened up a chargeback/dispute with my credit card company, and I won and they refunded me the money. So I'm sure if you need to go that route, you can. But I agree, @ultabeauty should be more accommodating, since every other Corporation out there seems to be able to change the shipping address within a few hours of a purchase.

blue94eagle @sohelpmejesseca They only use the billing address to verify your card information. I am sorry you lost points and money but I do agree that this was your mistake. The shipping information is the first thing you see at checkout with the option to change if its not correct right there under the address. Don't think they have the obligation to replace your points or products. You should have at least tried to contact the people at your old address. Maybe they did return it back to ups.

sohelpmejesseca I recently bought some oil, unfortunately my package went to an old address and Ultas “customer service” response was either to go to the old address and demand the resident give it to me (I’m sure that’ll be successful) or to repurchase my entire package. So not only did I lose my 1400 hundred points plus the additional I paid, I can now repay $90. I’m sure Ulta doesn’t care about losing a single consumer but the fact remains that that kind of business is really poor.

sohelpmejesseca @blue94eagle that’s what I’m saying, the address they sent it to hasn’t been my shipping address in well over a year. I’ve had things shipped to me multiple times at the correct address. Even if they somehow sent it to the previous address it wasn’t this one. This is three addresses ago. My point is that regardless of who’s mistake it was I’ve spent literally thousands of dollars at Ulta I’d hoped they’d be a little more helpful. It’s bad customer service.

I i don't understand why every time i go to ulta, when i have a coupon and i try to use it, they always say that it's not available or if i used it before 😒😒😒 i love going to the store but for that reason i rarely go now. Im shopping in this place because i got a gift card but won't spend my own money going to ulta..... Customer service is bad 😔😔😔

littlewakaa__ @a.lici.a.723 im not sure if Ulta carries it, but Nioxin shampoo, conditioner, and scalp treatment is very popular the beauty supply store i work at. Our clients lean towards that or a serum from Eprouvage! The brand Tea Tree used to make a scalp treatment set to help stimulate hair growth but im not sure if it’s still available. Hope this helps a little! 😊
