Where are the people that society looks at and says, “she had a couple too many burgers yesterday”? Because those people are just as beautiful as anyone else. Yet it is “bad for publicity” to have those beautiful people, who you are shaming with this video, represented. You are representing the plus-size rack at Hot Topic, while my generation needs to see more perfect people who don’t fit in with society’s standards. So if you are going to keep deleting comments from people such as @fatvegfemme , then you are just spreading the whole idea of fatphobia. So this video is not showing women that it is okay to slay, you are showing them that body positivity is all about being an “attractive” thick person. So thanks for the negative message!

@emmashepparddd what you have done with this movement goes far beyond all of those who are not ready to open their mind and expand the possibilities. It’s very clear that some people are not able to understand a message in a song or movement without it being spelt out for them directly. All of the members of @wearesheppard should be absolutely over the moon for what you have started in this song. And for all the haters: you can #KISSMYFATASS

The fact that a lot of the negative comments come from people who support a vicious online bully already says a lot about them as people. Even if your video didn’t include all the different categories of fat (apparently this is a thing now), you guys were still able to uplift and make a lot of people happy and that massive positivity adds more to the world than the vitriol from a couple of people. Keep doing what you’re doing guys❤️❤️❤️

Also doesn’t really matter if this comes from a genuine place. You’ve still missed the point. You have used the word fat for your own personal gain. And dismissed the very real discrimination that fat people face on a daily basis. Genuine place isn’t good enough... I don’t agree with the nasty comments. But y’all need to be held accountable. Don’t tell us that simply asking “where are the fat people?” is bullying. That is so dismissive.

My gosh I think everyone has missed the point of this song... EVERYONE is unique... if this video doesn't promote that I don't know what does... a tattooed lady, a transfer lady, an amputee lady, a lady with dark skin blah blah even a dog appears... people need to get a grip celebrate each other and let's enjoy the great song and message

You are capitalizing off of fat bodies and fat experiences without even bothering to use ACTUAL fat bodies in your campaign. You “turned the KMFA movement into a song”? All I hear is “I hijacked a movement meant for fat people and made it into something that would make me money” you are not fat. This is deplorable.
