My professor recommending taking a b12 supplement when tired! And also drinking a glass of water (esp. in the summer you get dehydrated and tired)

Eat bananas. Potassium from bananas relieves fatigue and did wonders for me, and now I make sure I eat 3 or 4 per week, at least.
