thevlogazine @hawaiianairlines You Should be Ashamed of your customer service, my client is currently stuck at Lax Airport due to a medical condition. She has paid the travel insurance through @allianz @allianztravelus but still Hawaii Airlines will not honor her travel back home. The offered her to travel back to Hawaii then travel 10 hours back is the only help they are giving her. The Supervisor Alfred with Hawaiian Airlines refuse to allow her to speak with his superior so this is my last effort to help her get home.

Your reservations supervisor Roxanne did an impeccable job working with my client and insuring she was taken care of. Issues happen but what makes things better in the end is how it was resolved and for that you get 💯.
