this.is.magz I am sure your products are great, but why do you use national mail to deliver your products? I have been tracking my purchase and after a week it is still in the same state in the US? That means I may receive my package in four or five weeks as I was told by DHL which is not actually doing the service for you, but global mail. I really appreciate the ‘free delivery’, but waiting so long is just painful. How can you help us with that? My sister sadly made a purchase a few days after mine, and we will have to wait for so long... never expected such bad service 😭😭
