2nd and 3rd for 2nd overall last weekend in Washougal. I was pretty happy with that weekend considering how my finishes have been lately. Every weekend is just a straight suffer fest for me but i look at it as getting mentally BULLETPROOF for next year already. I have never had to suffer this much before on a weekly basis. Does it suck getting miserably tired every single weekend early in the race !? Yeah it does, but i embrace that stuff instead of letting my self get down on it and bitch about it non stop. @courtneyroczen I was just wondering since you just have talked about gut problems and taking probiotics... my question is since food plays a huge part In our everyday life has @kenroczen94 done an allergy test to see if he is allergic to foods? The reason I ask that is cause I was juicing this one juice and had added ginger to it. Well come to find out I am allergic to ginger and I also would do egg bites and found out I am allergic to egg whites and somewhat allergic to the yolks. I am working on cutting all that out of my life and have started to feel better. I only ask this cause when we think we are doing what we think is healthier we are still not doing the best for our bodies. Just a thought! You are an amazing partner to Ken and you both are an amazing pair! Glad you both have each other! Ken keep on racing as you were amazing at Washougal!! 🏍🏍

I will get better anyways but since I can't be full tilt, while getting better I'm gonna strengthen other areas as well so that when the next battle comes(2020) I'll be invincible. @jdbelisle33 Also. I been watching Ken race since 2007 in the 85cc class. My daughter was racing an 85cc at that time and we watch his talent back then. Also when he was only 16 smoking the older guys on a 250 in the Des nation races where awesome. I've probably kept up with him a lot more than you have dude. He raced the entire Supercross season and wasn't quite there. By this time of his doctor or dietician hasn't located the problem , then he needs to get a better doctor and dietician.

@bbb_jbertrand_ she stated her opinion as well. What you seem to not understand is you are coming off like a complete asshole. The amount of trauma, surgeries, anesthesia, meds, rods, pins, etc can cause all kinds of problems. If it was an easy fix it would have been fixed. He has the best resources, team, sponsors etc helping him. He is doing all he can do. Since you are so wise and know what it takes, hop on your bike and hit the circuit and let’s see how you do.

@jdbelisle33 Yes I have heard about the illness. Slow your roll dude. ! When your hauling ass and catching up with the leader and then in the last few laps you have to slow down and throw up is a very direct sign of pushing your body past its point , the human body will get rid of any type of excess food in the system, either by vomiting or bowel movement. Ken is trying hard and pushing his limits, But his limits should be a notch higher than they are.

@bbb_jbertrand_ dude, it has nothing to do with “lack of training”, it’s a illness he is suffering!!! Their was an article on racer x about this illness and he has posted about it before. Are you sure you’re a fan? How the hell have you not seen the posts and articles about the illnesses he is facing? And not only that, do you ever look at his IG stories he posts? Half of them are training, whether that’s in the gym or on the bike...
