When we lose a pet, we're left with memories and a few of their personal possessions. Creating a memory capsule in a bell jar is a beautiful way to memorialize your beloved pet. We chose a 7-inch jar and kept it simple by sticking with just a few special items: collar, dog tags, and a leather silhouette. The silhouette can be made from any material (cut paper is traditional), but we went with leather. Once you’ve affixed the leather silhouette, enclose in the glass covering and display proudly, knowing you made a sweet and beautiful memorial for your pet. jacklyn3292 I have a pet cementary & have real headstones for my pets. Have to order another one for my puppy who was hit & killed in April. I was just looking online at them.....hmmmm?

mairsview What a wonderful idea. We lost both our dogs a month apart and I have their collars and trinkets in a bag, but now I can give them a proper place!

maricriscz @marthastewart you should create a line for Italian greyhounds! So difficult to find a nice collar which will be suitable for their long necks...

gregsylee I'm having my dog stuffed and mounted on wheels so I can still walk him... because the neighbourhood kids just love to pet Rocco so much 😁😂🤗
