TRIPLESSSSS. I’m so so happy to be back into volume. The last few weeks have been “do just enough to survive through this meet & not make anything worse” and as you can imagine, that’s not very fun. I have a long couple weeks with a ton of reps ahead of me, but I’m SO pumped to be able to actually build now up to worlds. Back isn’t destroyed from this weekend (shout out to scratching) & I can attack this new cycle full force. LETS FUCKIN GO (we’ll revisit this optimism when I have my first 8’s tomorrow)
