It is ok to have days entirely for you. Days where you put yourself first. Days where you wear no makeup, watch your favourite films, don’t reply to messages, lie in your pj’s, take a long bath, eat comfort food and just generally reset and refresh.
Life can be so fast paced we sometimes don’t get a chance to take stock of what’s going on. Make sure you make time for yourself and what makes you feel warm inside. Self care is important. You cannot pour from an empty cup.
