ellynicola MESSAGE TO ALL DONT BUY FROM NEXT ❗️❗️I have lost £150 of clothing due to the next warehouse ‘losing’ two dresses I returned and now they refuse to refund or give any compensation for 'losing' these dresses on site. I am so disappointed in the dishonesty within the company and there inability to investigate fully into how they have ‘lost’ these items. I have been a loyal customer for years and want to warn others!!
