With this information I now know that your phone number ends in 7014 and your bag got delivered to your resort. I don't work with Delta but I do know how airlines operate please don't post your claim number online.

Lost bags, damaged bags, and been on hold for over 40 minutes to try and speak to a live person to obtain at minimum, checked baggage fee reimbursement. msnaynay123 @delta delta could have no regard for their passengers. A delayed flight for over SIX HOURS and the reps tell me the pilot is nowhere to be found. Then they change the story that there’s inclement weather. Didn’t know cloudy weather for an hour was inclement weather. HORRIBle
