missmelanie_108 Looking forward to the happy place festival on Saturday! Will there be any extra yoga classes on the day? The classes sold out the same day as they were released (unless me and my friend didn’t understand the website 😭) - we were super keen to take a class! Can't seem to decide on anything in this jungle of stuff out there but like how you manage to make time for yourself and inspire me to perhaps give it a go. Ta x

bristolyogaspace Less stuff leaves room for more yoga. No gear required. Just an ability to move and breathe more freely. Expensive leggings, or the desire for name brand stuff can be quite a distraction. Leave behind looking ‘good’ to enable yourself to connect to feeling and being amazing. ❤️

pickinandy Have any of you lovely people watched the documentary I am Maris on netfilx ? Very powerful story of how yoga helped a young American girl find live for herself and her body after suffering from mental health issues and an eating disorder.

lucyannematthews Never run in anything but my zero gravity leggings old and beloved and never get sore legs best investment to anyone who runs regularly. Ps I do wear other gear too bit wrong to just run in leggings #sweatybetty #zerogravity
