今日は誕生日です〜🎂✨
今年、友達の感覚のように自分に優しく扱うことを習いました。仕事に集中するだけじゃなく、自分の健康とメンタルのケアに時間かけていいよ！とやっと分かった。そうすると他の人にも役に立つになるし、やりたいことどんどん受けられる。そして家族と今までの友達にもすごく感謝してます。これからもっとみんなに感謝の気持ちと愛をちゃんと伝えるように〜😘 この変わってる子に付き合ってくれてありがとう💜大好き💕

I’ve learned to be kinder to myself and treat myself like a friend this year. And that just focusing on work and perfectionism isn’t the one important thing, but also that it’s not selfish to allow myself to take time for my health and mental care. When I’m feeling better physically and mentally, I can be there for people who need me and I can make myself available to the opportunities that come my way.
