emblc_ Hi. I ordered a lipstick over 1 month ago and it arrived SNAPPED. I returned, and have been emailing your customer service (and messaging you on here) since, and have no had either an acknowledgement of the problem, a refund, or a replacement. It’s honestly the worst customer service I have ever experienced in my life. It was an expensive purchase as a treat to myself, which arrived in terrible condition. Now I can’t so much get a reply never mind a replacement or a refund. Honestly expected better as I really like your products. Your customer service is the worst I have ever experienced though.

lizzil106 Your customer service is appalling. I was sent completely the wrong order, have yet to hear anything back from customer services and am still waiting for the products I paid for. This seems to be happening to lots of people judging by your Facebook page.

chriscross2603 I d never found a powder i loved (not even liked). This one is the first I ve not only hit pan on but am almost out !! Will repurchase for sure the first one that does not „show“ in the under eye area and around the nose. Wear it daily !

organically_me.83 I tried this at the Sephora in Boston, MA (had to drive 90 minutes because my Sephora doesn’t carry CT) and fell in love. My friend literally said, “I feel you NEED this!”, but you were all sold out in my shade. 😫

invaderem I do really love this product. I’m an oily mess and this helps to keep me looking fresh without the cake! Also, I just feel fabulous when I whip out this gorgeous packaging. It’s an experience and not a chore.
