My lockoffs are working!!! Ever since my tendinitis started 2 years ago, I haven’t been able to hold a #lockoff. As soon as i let go with one hand, the other arm would immediately fail. For 2 months now, I’ve been doing negative CHIN ups, and it’s worked wonders. When i tried @ninjagabby’s challenge, i realized that for the first time in over a year, i was holding for at least a full second with each arm! It’s small compared to what i used to be able to do, but the fact that I’ve found a solution, and am making progress means everything!!!
*I’ve also been doing #PEMF, massage, powerball, band exercises, grasston, using @beam cbd oil, acupuncture, and a hypervolt. I will beat this.

I had tendinitis in my wrist from a fall. I ended up having to have surgery for it. I wasn’t able to write more than a sentence or two without tons of pain. Using my mouse and typing hurt a bunch. I work in an office and that made working pretty hard. My steroid injection helped for just 3 weeks and therapy didn’t help much at all. But now almost 4 years later I forget I even had it done. But surgery isn’t the right path for everyone. You’re amazing!!

Thank you for this info on strength training with tendinitis! I’ve been using negative pull-ups for about a year but not consistently. I’ve had bouts with tendinitis for about 10 years and I’ve always attributed that to my inability to do more than 1 pull-up. I’m definitely going to hit the chin up bar more consistently. #workoutgoals

Jessie! DANG You’re so inspiring, my trainer and I took a field trip to the closest ninja gym last week and had our first chance to learn obstacles and try out some techniques with the instructor. It was amazing and it gave me so much more respect for the work you and others do. Especially working through injuries and ailments wow.

Is tenditis the same as a tennis elbow? I've had those a couple of times. A number of years back I bought an Armaid to massage my arm and it really works very well. Originally designed for climbers I think, who have this stuff all the time. It's an overpriced peace of plastic, but it has worked for me! 👍

Prp is like the miracle cure for tendonitis. I have had tendonitis on almost every major joint on my body at one point. And it's the only thing that helped me to get from chronic tendonitis to functioning again.
