erikarcaute @erikarcaute I bought my tickets with 2 months of anticipation , with my selected seats ... I’m pregnant I have to go on an isle because i go a lot to the restroom and i have to walk because feet get swollen .... they told me they were gonna help me inside the plane ... because I had no assigned seats (they did not respected that I paid for my assigned seats ) I was like ok .. no problem ... then inside the plane I had to change seats with a gentlemen.. when I asked for help to a lady of the crew she told me “ you have a mouth do it yourself ! “ !!! I want to report this issue ! Im pregnant not ill I dooo have a mouth I know ! but her actitude was not correct ! Kindness is free !!! I want to report this mean lady ! Where can I do it ?

I had to pay a 750$ change fee for a premium economy fare after my daughter was having emergency shoulder surgery in Germany and I could not fly home. Your customer relations team first said it would be reimbursed with a note from the hospital. I supplied everything and was denied my refund due to the “booking rules”. Where is the empathy we all need now and again? Companies that put profits over people are the worst. Case number 33039350

tweetyflights @iamtashea yeah, the European business Class isn’t the best. But I like the menu. A head start, don’t try other European airlines, they have the same business Class too
