conniebabii After shopping Pink Friday, I WAS LIED TO AND REFUNDED PARTIAL MONEY BACK... You will never get the free stuff. My package was never given to shipper but VS blamed the shipper who only ever received the shipping info not the actual package. First VS blamed USPS then I called back and said they never got the package they then blamed NewGistics so I called them and same, VS never sent my $376 in items. They also only received shipping info(box size, weight, destination) never the actual package. VS claims 13,000 packages were “lost” and mine happened to be one of them. Uh, WHERE WAS THIS HEIST!? USPS says that is also false info and VS is passing the buck and blaming everyone for their mistakes. My order was placed 12:10 am. TEN minutes after the sale started. Only to have my order cancelled and refunded partial amount because they do not compensate for my reward card!???? Horrible. I could’ve went to my local shop 2 hours earlier and got the stuff I wanted. Horrible way to treat patrons of over 20 years! My “Forever” status is about to be discontinued and I’ll take my business elsewhere!

tayy_brynn Just bought the gym to swim sports bra and you guys switched the security device to the tag on the inside that is super annoying and pokes the crap out of you and so now my brand new bra has a hole in the side from it. Tried to cut it out but it caused a hole because the tag is so thick!! 😭 @vspink

marcelitom The PINK in Los Angeles (Hollywood) didnt have any of the everyday lounge pants on large and when the cashier tried to order one she couldnt because the system didnt allow her. I was so mad and i was about to complain but there was a line so i left.

wcujenny @vspink went there today and it stressed me out...very unorganized and I usually love going to pink but not today everything I wanted they didn’t have my size or anything
