@simeonpanda hey siemon i've been following you since ive been starting training whitch is 9 years so far, and i can say only by looking at your routine that sience you realy started to emphesize on your sqauts and deadlift not only that your waist got wider but your whole body type kinnda chaged.

I think the short answer would be yes anything core work would make your waist bigger, but unless you have the diet and muscle building qualities of a professional bodybuilder, the size difference will be negligible at low body fat.

I added on size on my back and went up in my belt size over the last 2 years but didn’t add any weight so yeh it can do .. everybody has different experiences 😊

Absolutely it can't increase size of waist. Cuz you always lift heavy weights and squats and by the way you dont want your waist size to be increased bro😉
