@ericnaslund that is the most laughable answer you can get in a debate: personal experience vs science. Just search for the massive corpus that wrote about that, go ahead ! I’ll resume it for you, you expose yourself to cardiovascular disease as well as massive metabolic problems. But eh, you’re a nutritionist, this is obviously better than a doctor. 😉
Or maybe I should list the massive list of elite athletes that died early ? You know what, the “myth” that elite athletes die young is actually true, no matter you like it or not.

@willgenuine it is clear you know nothing about sports nor fitness - which by the way have nothing to do with fashion industry‼️ Frowning is an athlete, his body and metabolism works way different than a model's... Since your into fashion I don't expect you to understand a fuck about how macronutrients and metabolism work, but here's some big news for you: in sports you DO look well and shredded AND get healthy - this is radically different than 'fashion' standards which are all about aesthetics but know no shit about nutrition.

@marceljeanneau So you’ll challenge that, ok 🙂 I guess you can explain why BMI is used in the fashion industry to protect models from being in clear danger ? Maybe you think having muscles makes it any different ? I have news for you, it doesn’t change anything.
I could link you a ton of studies showing how low BMI IS dangerous, please keep your emotions outside of this and keep a point of view based on facts ,thanks.

@willgenuine BMI is just a relationship between height and weight. Period. Fat % is a different story that may or maybe not have anything to do with BMI. I don't know Frowning's fat index so I cannot state anything like healthy or not healthy. But I can say that throwing bad vibe based on assumptions is not healthy for sure😘

New Format stinks missing my favorite athletes bummed to watch it, the athletes who are not paid who spent thousands to be there including family getting kicked out early... the sponsors for these athletes no exposure..... problem for new athletes in this format to learn and grow...

@marceljeanneau well inform yourself and you’ll see a very low BMI IS unhealthy, this is a fact that you can’t challenge. Such absence of fat is abnormal. He must be close to 4% body fat or even less and this shouldn’t be taken as an « example » or a good lifestyle.
