I took a snow day and gobbled up this hilarious,honest,insightful, outstanding book.I really can’t say enough good things about it.Jacqueline clearly knows what she is talking about. And now I am going to go out and talk about it all night long! It’s the kind of book you hang onto because you know you will read it again. Terrific gift for anyone depressed or not. slgrant_99 I think it is just soimportant for us to speak out against depression. I just last week lost a good friend to suicide. I never knew he was suffering, none of us did, he hid it so well. I also have depression but never tell anyone I don't want to be judged and thought of as the sad girl. But I'm slowly seeing how crucial it is to speak out. I'll definitely give this book a read. ❤️

shazmcfluffy When my dad was dying from cancer any years ago, I would take the train from Chicago to Detroit every weekend to visit. On my ride home I would openly weep on the train, I was just so sad. But the one upshot of doing that was that no one would sit in the seat next to me. At that time, that was one of the silver linings in an otherwise really difficult time.
