The closest store is too far for me to drive so I shipped it per their directions. Now my wallet is lost and they say too bad so sad. No one informed of any kind of accommodation policy or any such, no warnings. Now I’m out $800 and a wallet.

thaisimhotep I went to exchange a bag at the Louis Vuitton Portugal and I found it to be extremely hard to solve anything at their stores in Portugal. I spent hours speaking to the manager, Thiago, who wasn’t helpful at all and he actually was quite rude. His costumer service has to be the worst.

sheenind Sick of Louis Vuitton promoting items that they claim are sold out Nationwide within a day after launching the collection. They are the only luxury fashion house that’s been doing this for years. Let’s not forget the days of the multi colored monogram collection!!!
