This beautiful sweater was gifted to me by @rachellehruska and @shannonrwatts in honor of Shannon’s book #fightlikeamother. Shannon inspired my activism in the gun violence movement and I joined @momsdemand and @everytown. I have met so many amazing activists and heroic survivors of gun violence since I became involved, and we, like all of you, are devastated by the horrific shootings this weekend. My heart is broken for these families and I mourn this senseless loss of life. The gun reform movement will need all of us, and ALL OF OUR VOTES. Hold your lawmakers responsible. I need to speak with you about Cuomo's 2019 Women's Justice Agenda by comparison to what is happening to me in NY by Cuomo's JCOPE state Agency. Google: Kat Sullivan Lobbying @nytimes This isn't justice for a female survivor advocate. #NYpassCVA Latest developments NY state is in conflict with my freedom of speech as supported by U.S. v Rumely 345US 41 (1953). I could use some help. My mother passed away from breast cancer or she would be by my side, sword in hand.

But why allow anyone, anyone to buy such powerful, killing machine weapons. It is more than background checks alone.....stop the type of weapons. Your right to bear arms amendment was written how long ago???? It was not meaning to include semi automatic weapons or whatever it is that people are using. Get real America and stop blaming and praying - just actually do something.

I just called. Thank you @juliannemoore more using your platform and voice. My twin brother was randomly murdered 6 years ago and I get so immensely triggered when these senseless acts of gun violence continues to happen. I grieve for them all.

I completely agree with more gun control on these automatics and back ground checks for all. However, what are you all going to do when it’s no longer guns being used! Maybe then you’ll all fight for the real problem. Cause it’s not guns!
