kellymbarnwell While I am a Christian, I am ashamed at the "Christians" on this page trying to preach to him simply because he is talking about meditation and mindfulness... Really?! I meditate in order to be mindful of my self awareness. How I am feeling physically, emotionally, mentally. It helps me work through stress and trauma I have been through. I still believe in God and Jesus. That doesn't mean that ONLY reading the Holy Bible ((Not just the "bible" since that word alone simply means "a book of stories".)) is the only way to worship God or Jesus. To better yourself, to be the best you that you can be is the best way to glorify them because that means you are taking the gift of life from God and the sacrifice Jesus made and you make sure it wasn't in vain in your instance. Stop preaching and mind your own business.
