michellelclifford @amazon AmazonCom you have the absolute worst customer service I have ever experienced in my entire life and the world needs to know what I’ve been put through! A $150 item was “delivered” to my house but actually never was and you refuse to make it right!! I even filed a police report (per your request) and every time I do what you ask, you come back with more requirements to get me my money back!! Now you are only offering to give me a replacement item (that will be non refundable) even though I bought the item elsewhere already because I needed it and this is taking so long. Since I won’t “accept” this you now are saying I need to start over with the carrier or the police and there’s nothing further you can do! I am being punished for an item I never received and you are literally HOLDING MY MONEY FROM ME! This is a joke.

sageavalon An Amazon van hit my car at 20 mph over the speed limit as I was backing out and Amazon is now trying to claim I was 100% at fault despite the fact that their driver was negligent. I was driving carefully and looking over my shoulder and I could not prepare for a van to come at me that fast. My car is wrecked, I can't drive it. I got a concussion and had to miss 7 days of work missing out on $700 of pay as well as the urgent care copays. My car has thousands of dollars of damage and so does the Amazon van, but my car is basically totalled. The truck was going so fast that glass from my car landed 50 feet away, my car was moved 4 feet and the entire rear corner was wrecked. And amazon is claiming I am 100% at fault for about $15,000 worth of damage for their truck speeding into mine on private property. Bocott Amazon.

I'm writing a report on CBD and part of it involved buying CBD oils from you (I've also visited a CBD laboratory in Switzerland and have experts contributing to this upcoming post). One of the CBD oils I bought was completely FAKE - very chemical, it wasn't hemp/cannabis-based at all. It stated made in USA but was shipped from China. It burnt my throat and tasted like a toxic chemical. Having sampled approx 20 brands now, it was for sure a fake. Not only would I like a refund, more importantly this vendor needs to be TAKEN DOWN. It's a health hazard for the public. I'd contacted you but not heard back. This vendor should not be allowed to trade on Amazon for security/health reasons. Thanks.

respectmyguitar Amazon is scamming people out of there orders and money, I ordered 2 items, they were stolen with minutes on my front door even after I told them i wanted them to place in my open patio. I had to reorder the items, only 1 item came but they both said delivered, Amazon says since it says delivered in their system they can't do anything about it. I ordered a ring doorbell it shipped yesterday, but today it says " there's a problem loading your order, please come back later" this makes it the 3rd order this month that there is a problem with. And all Amazon can tell me is they are going to do an investigation and wants me to wait 3 days. Ridiculous
