annamennecier Your customer service is extremely poor. Ordered 2 mirrors, one was broken. You issued a replacement that was broken and sat with ups and you knowing about it for 6 days but yet you didn’t issue another replacement and in that time the mirror has sold out online and you can only issue a refund. There was a reason why I ordered 2 in the first place not 1. I would have preferred the scratched one that I had initially that you took away from me!
