@natashahastings Hi Natasha! I want to personally thank you for your hard work and dedication. Quite honestly, I saw a photo/video of you sprinting about 1 year ago and I’ve been inspired by you since. I’m 5’1 and had been told by track coaches in high school that I just don’t have the height to “sprint faster.” This was of course discouraging so I unconsciously steered away from sprints and only focused on distance and strength training. Anyways, I’m sprinting again and in large part because of what I’ve seen you accomplish over the years. In seeing your workouts and progress, my own practice has been strengthened. Thank you, and of course, congratulations to you and yours on being pregnant! Hope to meet someday! -Neo
