With heavy heart I write that my friend and former bandmate Lizzie Grey passed away last night from Lewy Body Disease which he had since 2008. In the late 70’s we had a 1000 adventures together ranging from writing music, performing together, working odd jobs side by side and dreaming of all the possibilities life had to offer us young men.Lizzie was a good man and leaves behind his wife Jennifer, 2 beautiful daughters and family.We talked quite a bit over the last year and he always told me his family was the most important thing to him.I will miss him and his passion for music and life. monicakannai I know this doesn't relate to the photo, per se, but I had a dream that I worked with Motley Crue and got the opportunity to hang out with you and Tommy Lee. I felt like I was "part of the gang". I don't remember what I was doing, but I assumed I was working with the band somehow. It was cool until I felt guilty when I looked at my husband's face when he caught a glimpse of me. Ahh... dreams are crazy. Just wanted to share that. I might look up the meaning later, who knows? LOL

robertaerre.r Hi Nikki, I hope you can read my comment. I saw you in Bologna (Italy) in 1984, you were the Iron Maiden support group. The security services staff, without asking anything, told me to go to the barricades because I was accompanying a friend in a wheelchair. And so you were in front of me, a few meters away, so damn powerful and bold. I loved you immediately and for me, after 35 years, you will always remain a milestone in heavy metal.

brandyannette1581 Nikki my grandpa passed away from the same disease in 2014 he was a Korean War veteran and he put up the good fight strong and hard until his body gave out. He was 83 when he died I miss him everyday I was definitely a grandpa's girl I thought I share with you about my experience with LBD.

goddessgene I am so sorry to hear of the passing of your friend. The hardest thing about life, is losing somebody. And it’s the memories of the 1000 adventures you’ve had together that keep him alive.
