I took this photo the other day because it seemed like such a powerful message. Right now it’s more powerful than ever... In light there can be no dark. These are dark times America but together we can rise out of the ashes and into the light. Please share your light. My heart aches for those innocent lives lost, their families, their friends and their communities. Right now we need love, we need compassion and we need leadership.

anicus8 @iansomerhalder Hi, Ian! My friend handed you my letter in London where I ask you for help with a spine surgery called 'Balanced Back', can you please help me? I can't arrange and cover this operation myself and my back hurts so much! I really need this operation because my facet joints (2 joints in every vertebrae, they provide spine movement) are ruined with arthritis. Pain is constantly getting worse and the only possible healing is facet joints replacement - an operation only done in one place in the world. But they perform it only on lumbar region while I need it on thoracic, it is very expensive so I will be able to have this surgery only if you help me because the doctors from that clinic won't even discuss the possibility of operating thoracic region with me - I don't have reputation and power. So PLEASE, help me! I also wrote to ISF but they didn't reply. I am dreaming of suicide because of pain, I nearly can't walk at all but even while I'm lying in bed it hurts SM! Thank you sm, Ian!

graham_kyleigh Everyday the world is getting worse and worse around us. But, that being said, if the darkness didn't exist neither would the light. We can't just forget about the darkness that threatens to overcome all of our humanity but we can turn that darkness into light if we have the courage and strength to do so and we do.❤️ Please do not go into the dark.
