janbrandt1 Your customer service is horrible. Ordered a shirt from you in April it was delivered in JULY. Immediately called for a return label and was refused because you said item that I received THAT DAY was beyond your two week return policy. Was told they would follow up right away. Waited a week and heard nothing. Wrote a long email describing the LAW they were violating (FTC 30 day rule, look it up). And that I would contact FTC. Received a return label that day. Pucci received the returned item on 7/12/19 at 11.47 am. ONE MONTH LATER, I still have not received my refund. Is Pucci ignorant of the law, willfully ignorant, a scam artist company, or just horrible customer service? You decide-- and today, I will let thousands of potential customers take a vote. Buckle up!
