josh_deckert I pre ordered some merchandise in May. I bought the two skull hoodies that were different sizes (one for me and one for my friend), a simulation flag, a t-shirt, and a space wild poster. The hoodies and the poster have not shipped yet and the website isn’t updating. I’ve been looking for answers. I contacted customer service twice and they haven’t responded. I put in a lot of money to this website and it feels like I’m being screwed. Muse is my all time favorite band so could you please help me out?
