Yesterday I shared a little about facing fears. And that it’s okay to be a bit of hot mess in the process because how rewarding is it to actually face them, do the work and make it through? Something else I learned in the midst of it from both strangers and close ones alike: I am worthy of receiving grace when I’m not on top of my game, when I’m clumsy and flustered, and perhaps a bit vulnerable too. And so are you. Those little bits of kindness are the very things that can turn an entire day around, you know? And also bring much needed laughter too. One of my favorite things is when laughter arrives in the most unexpected (and untimely) of moments. The kind that makes you want to laugh even more and where your tummy aches, eyes water and your laugh itself goes silent. You know what I’m talking about. It’s the best, right? :)

So. Celebrating little feats with some leisurely journal time, some of which I captured here in a short time lapse. I hope you enjoy! I hope your week is full of grace and your laughter plenty.
