Hurt wrist early in year, strong now, just by healing, afraid to hit down on it until about a month ago, solid now, played but less practice, now able to hit strong worked on short game, improved putting tremendously, now scoring well. Much luv

Totally feel you. Broke collarbone and ligaments 5 months ago. Still doing these exercises... it’s a grind but I am almost ready to hit a golf ball soon. Good luck!
