Hyundai is gonna soak up the sun — literally. 🌞
The auto manufacturer just launched its first ever car with a solar roof charging system, which can power up to 60% of the car’s battery, the company said.
The technology, which is being added to Hyundai’s latest version of the Sonata Hybrid and will be later introduced to other vehicles, is meant to reduce carbon dioxide emissions.
Think you’d drive a car that runs on solar?

Another useless feature. These panels would produce no more than 500W with perfect exposure at the sun. A Tesla model S have a battery capacity of 100Kwh, this means that you would need more than 8 days of continue sunlight (and I'm ignoring any energy loss during the process of charging batteries).

Finally... The solar system car has been invented... But now it's all about company... How to reach each n every user with an awareness n utilise this car benefits directly to reduce pollution n conserve the environment...
