I finish the season with a big smile on my face 😁 having started the season with surgery and not really sure where things were going I made a decision to change my mental focus. I knew world champs would be off the cards so I wanted to set personal goals to keep me moving forward.

Racing at Us nationals I had a small personal goal for the 400IM to get back in the 4:30's before I turned 30! Safe to say it was the happiest I've ever been coming 4th with a 4:39.00 😊😊 This season has taught me a lot, there is so much more to swimming than where you place in a race. Teaching my self to focus on process goals and not times has given me a different perspective to racing. Looking forward to seeing what else I can learn from next season 😁🏊‍♀️♥️
