We completely agree, we believe it’s all about those little steps you make before bed. Switch off from the digital world at least an hour before bed, have a relaxing bath or simply a spritz of Pillow Mist! Plus a routine always helps!! ❤❤❤ p.s we’re loving your wellness Wednesday! 🥰

Omg I use the sleepy cream all the time!! I also have it as a shower wash too! It helps me relax after having a day of classes or work!
